How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase:

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we'll process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

• Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal refunds are typically faster
• You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

What Happens After a Refund

After a refund is issued, your access to the purchased materials will be deactivated. If you decide to repurchase in the future, you're welcome to do so.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our 30-day guarantee is unconditional, we understand that sometimes special circumstances arise. If you're outside the 30-day window but have a valid reason, please reach out anyway. We review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
